An estimate with its assumptions attached

A number on its own is useless. What you get back is a scoped estimate, the assumptions it rests on, and the risks that could move it — so you can compare it to anything else on your desk.

How we estimate

  • We read your brief and come back with clarifying questions first
  • Scope is broken into deliverables you can accept or drop
  • Every estimate states its assumptions explicitly
  • Risks that could move the number are listed, not buried
  • For anything substantial we recommend a paid discovery phase — the output is yours either way

Typical first response: one business day. A full proposal usually follows within a week of the scoping conversation.

A range is enough — it helps us propose something realistic.

What is the process today, what breaks, and what would success look like?
