Each site kept its own staff list, leave register and overtime sheet. Headcount reported to management differed from headcount in payroll, and monthly payroll took most of a week to compile, verify and correct. Labour audits required reconstructing approvals from email.
We built a central HR platform with an authoritative employee record, geofenced mobile attendance for field staff, digital leave and overtime approval chains, and a rules-based payroll engine whose calculations can be traced component by component. Every approval and edit writes to an immutable audit log, and finance receives a structured export instead of a spreadsheet.
